Royal Windsor Watches Supports the John Terry Foundation Charity Golf Day
Royal Windsor Watches was proud to support the John Terry Foundation Charity Golf Day on 30th September, helping contribute to an incredible £250,000+ raised for charity. We hosted a Hole-in-One competition, offering golfers the chance to win a Patek Philippe Aquanaut Travel Time 5164A, although nobody managed to hit the perfect shot. The closest attempts came from John Terry, Wes Nelson and Gianfranco Zola, making for a fantastic and memorable day in support of a great cause.
On 30th September, Royal Windsor Watches was proud to support the John Terry Foundation Charity Golf Day, helping raise an incredible £250,000+ for charity.
It was a fantastic day bringing together football, sport, business and charity, all in support of a great cause. We were delighted to play our part by hosting a very special Hole-in-One competition, with an extraordinary prize up for grabs.
The Prize: A Patek Philippe Aquanaut Travel Time
For the Hole-in-One challenge, golfers had the opportunity to win a Patek Philippe Aquanaut Travel Time 5164A — a truly exceptional timepiece and a prize worthy of an exceptional shot.
The challenge was simple: hit a hole-in-one and the watch was yours.
Unfortunately, nobody managed to find the cup, meaning the Patek Philippe remained safely with us for another day! However, the competition created plenty of excitement throughout the event, with golfers stepping up to take their chance at winning one of the world’s most desirable watches.
The Closest Shots
Although nobody managed the elusive hole-in-one, there were some seriously impressive attempts.
The three closest shots of the day came from:
- John Terry
- Wes Nelson
- Gianfranco Zola
A huge congratulations to all three, and to everyone who took part and gave the challenge a go.
A Fantastic Day for an Important Cause
Ultimately, the watch was just one part of what made the day so special. Raising over £250,000 for the John Terry Foundation is an incredible achievement and highlights the generosity and support of everyone involved.
At Royal Windsor Watches, we’re proud to have supported such a fantastic event and to have brought our passion for fine watches into a day centred around an even greater cause.
Thank you to the John Terry Foundation, everyone involved in organising the event, and all the guests and golfers who helped make the day such a success.
We were delighted to be there — and although nobody walked away with the Patek Philippe this time, there was certainly no shortage of great shots, great company and plenty of fun along the way.
Royal Windsor Watches — proud to support great causes, great events and exceptional timepieces.
