Retail for the current 126515LN is around £37,050, but availability at authorised dealers is effectively zero for new customers.

What to check

• Bezel condition — the ceramic is scratch-resistant but the edge can chip on impact. Look under a loupe.
• Bracelet vs Oysterflex — the chocolate Daytona is only offered on Oysterflex from the factory. Any bracelet swap should be original.
• Movement service — the 4130 is exceptionally reliable but a 10-year-old example should have a service record.
